Coffee Cream and Rum Cocktail Recipe:

Fill the glass with Ice 

Pour 20ml of caramel

Pour 40ml of Expresso

Pour 60ml of Hercules Deluxe Rum

Top it up with vanilla cream 

Use coffee beans for garnishing

Use Tom Collins glassware for serving 

Island Shake Hand Recipe:

Fill the glass with Ice 

Pour 20ml of Curacao syrup

Take a shaker and Pour 60ml of Hercules Deluxe Rum

Add 100ml of pineapple juice

fill it with ice and shake it

Double strain the mixture into the glass

Place a slice of pineapple for garnishing

Pour 100ml of Ginger Ale

Pour 15ml of honey water in mixing glass

Pour 15ml of Fernet Amaro

Stir it with ice

Rim an Old fashioned glass with desiccated coconut

Take a shaker and Pour 75ml of Hercules Deluxe Rum

Pour 30ml of orange juice

Pour 90ml of pineapple juice

Pour 50ml of coconut milk

Fill the glass with Ice
